General
What is the Booking Process?
1. Get the quote:
Contact us with general details of your event (type of event, date, time, venue) and we will contact you with our rate options or a specific quote.
2. Reserve your date:
Once we receive confirmation that you would like to work with us, The Noble Strings will draw up a custom proposal/contract for you to fill out and sign. After receiving the contract, the date and time will be reserved. Once we receive a 20% deposit, your date and time will be officially reserved. The deposit will be deducted from the balance.
3. Select your music:
Once we have a date confirmed, we’ll get the conversation going around music selections by sending you the most current repertoire list. If you’re not sure where to start, or even what genre of music to look at, no worries! We are experts in planning music for weddings and events and are happy to recommend pieces that work especially well and match the feel you are looking for.
4. Enjoy your memorable day
Booking: How far in advance Should I book?
We are now booking for 2024, 2025, and 2026. Please contact us to check availability for a specific date. We recommend getting the date locked in as early as possible to ensure the specific ensemble and services you are looking for.
Do you play over time if my event exceeds the scheduled time?
If an event exceeds the contracted time, the first 15 minutes are considered a "grace period" and no charge will be made. An additional fee will be charged if a performer's stay is requested beyond the "grace period".
Do you perform outside?
Yes, we do outdoor performances. However, our instruments are affected by weather due to their sensitivity. We cannot perform under direct sunlight or in the rain. A shelter is required to protect our instruments. Special arrangement (i.e. tent, full shade, or alternate location) must be made prior to performance day.
What equipment for musicians should the venue provide?
We need armless chairs for each performer and enough room for setting up.
If I would like to cancel my event?
Notice of cancellation is required no later than 7 days prior to your event. If canceled after this time, 50% of the total hire fee will be charged. Cancellation on the day is non-refundable.

This may vary depending on your budget, venue size, and number of guests. Contact us with specific details of your event and we would be happy to provide helpful suggestions and advice. For more information on ensemble size, please click HERE.
The Music
What kind of music do you play?
We have a wide range of repertoire from standard classical to popular music and we update it every year. If you have a request for a special song not on the list, just contact us and we will be happy to work with you!
Payment
What is a deposit and your payment schedule?
A 20% non-refundable deposit will be charged on the day you submit your signed contract. Reservation is confirmed when deposit is received. And the remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to your event.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Check, Cash, or Venmo.
